Free Shipping Worldwide

We know the hassle of shipping charges and minimum orders when shopping online. As we value customer service, all our items come with FREE Shipping Worldwide with no minimum order. In other words, it's simple: you only need to pay for your items.

Orders usually arrive within 5-14 business days depending on the delivery location. Some products are freshly handmade when you place your order and shipped by our designers located in different parts of the world. So, please also allow up to 3 days for order processing. We will notify you via email once your orders has been shipped.

While we love extending our services worldwide, we do not account for taxes and tariffs. Please be aware that some countries may impose additional charges for customs clearance and/or duties, which you will have to pay. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not satisfied, your product may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery date for a product of the same value or more from the same shop (you'll need to top up the exchange difference). Exchanges must be shipped to the designer with postage-paid, unused and in their original packaging.
