1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding the items to your online shopping cart, and using the "Go To Shopping Cart" and "CheckOut" features to pay online. Your order will be sent to you from our designers.

2. What are the different modes of payment?

We accept payment via Paypal. Paypal is a safe and popular online payment system with over 86 Million worldwide users. With Paypal you can use most credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

3. Are my credit card details and personal information safe?

Yes they are. We do not share your personal information with anyone else, ever.  Because we use Paypal to process our customers' online payments, we never see your credit card details. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes our designers internationally to any part of the world.

5. How long does its delivery take?

Most orders will take between 5-14 days from date of shipment depending on the delivery location. As some of the products are freshly handmade once you place your order, please also allow 3 days for order processing. We will notify you via email once your orders has been shipped.

6. What are the shipping charges?

We know the hassle of shipping charges and minimum orders when shopping online. As we value customer service, all our items come with FREE Shipping Worldwide with no minimum order. In order words, what you pay is what you see.

7. How are the products packaged?

As our products are sent directly from the designers, the products will be packaged as detailed in their product descriptions.

8. If I am not satisfied with the products, what do I do?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. So, if you are not satisfied, your product may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery date for a product of the same value or more from the same shop (you'll need to top up the exchange difference). Exchanges must be shipped to the designer postage-paid, unused and in their original packaging. Please email us if you wish to do an exchange.
