1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.

2. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.

Shipping Charges

3. Shipping is free for all items worldwide, including Singapore.

Payment Processing

4. We accept payment by Paypal. Paypal accepts most credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most debit cards . All our prices quoted are subjected to change without prior notice. While we make every attempt to ensure that all pricing and product information are accurate, we reserve the right to correct inaccurate pricing in the event that such a mistake should occur.

5. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders

6. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

7. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted, confirmed and paid by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

8. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchanges

9. Your product may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery date for a product of the same value or more from the same shop (you may need to top up if there is an exchange difference). Exchanges must be shipped to the designer with postage-paid, unused and in their original packaging.
